Touching your breasts (maybe not in a sexual manner, but perhaps an "exploring" manner) can show you what kind of lumps you may have, and help you identify if something is wrong.

In short, touching them can actually be good for identifying foreign lumps that could be breast cancer.... but it won't CAUSE it.

for a moment your question confused me( never heard of dress cancer). If you rub sexually from light to medium touches then no. If you pound on them and bang them up them most likely, yes.
