Most vitamins are a waste of money. You urinate them away.
Prove it: take vitamins, and urinate. See how dark the color is? You are simply urinating all those vitamins out.
A doctor told me that MOST vitamins are a waste of money...you just urinate them out. Only a very few are assimiluated and are useful to you. Calcium is one that is good. Calcium tablets are very good. However, some people cannot tolerate them and develop kidney stones!
