How to grow taller??!

Question: hi i was wondering if anyone has actually tried any of those growth pills(like satoGrowth) that are on the market and if they truely worked for you at all..? im around 16 and im curious about adding a few inches while i have a chance since im still pretty young. i know alot of it has to do with genetics but since im a girl and i heard ladies stop growing completely around 17-19, im kind of getting worried.
My dad's side of the fam. are like freakishly tall (literally towering over me) While my mom's are really short. =/ im 5'3 right now(havent grew in awhile) and pretty much all the girls my age are like 5'7 and up seems like which is seriously intimidating...any help??

..or what about vitamins? do you know which ones will stimulate some growth?

teen in distress here.. thanks for any help you do give me =]

the growth hormone is produced during sleep...try getting considerably more sleep than you are right now.
don't try pills.

do sport, attention to the medicines...

idk

PLAY BASKETBALL!

i wouldnt try but if you do good luck i would wear boots they are cute and make you taller

Thoes don't wrok. I hate to say it but thoes are your genes. It was meant for you to be short. You might still grow some. Girls stop growing all around at about the age of 18-20. Besides be happy that you're short. More guys will be taller. I recomend drinking milk and eat healthy, take some vitamins. You still have a chance and growing a few more inches.

take calcium supplement. you can take yoga, that well stretch you out and give you a couple inches. i not saying yoga for a day, i mean for a lil while

stretch for the stars!

urg i wish.
im only 5'0
so is my mom
so i guess im stickin' to this height

Some studies have proven you can improve your height by eating chicken.

Nice things come in small packages.

Don't mess about with your body - treat it like a temple and be thank-full you have one that works.
Lotsa people don't - go have a look in the amputees ward - I'm sure you'll get good advice.

okay in order to grow taller, you need to curl up in a ball at the times of 4am, 12pm, and 9pm. rock back and forth. it worked for me!!!

don't try growth pills. god knows what those will do to your body. if your meant to be short.. then your gonna be short. there's nothing you can do to change that. no ones happy with theirselves. i bet if you were tall you'd be asking if there's anyway to get short. trust me.. it's not fun being tall.. at the age of 12 years old i was 5'6 almost 5'7. and trust me.. it's not fun. just try to like yourself the way you are.. were all different.

Trust me, being so tall isn't all it's cracked up to be. Enjoy your height! I'm about 5'8''-5'8.5" and I would KILL to just put on a nice pair of heels or boots without towering over people (mostly guys). You're at that height where you can alter it as you please.

The women on t.v. make it look so elegant. In the real world, most women are 5'4'' and most guys are 5'9". At times I love my height and other times I feel out of place, but it's who I am so I except it. You really won't make any significant change in your height with a pill. It's all predetermined.
