Is there a way I could fade or get rid of my strech marks?!

Question: I have a body shape where I have curved hips and slight love handles, and on my love handles I have faint red strech marks. They are really embarassing and I'm hoping there is a way to fade or completely get rid of them. Anyone have any ideas?

they may fade with time but they dont go away, its a tearing of the skin, only surgery would completely make em go away
