Question: well.....considering the lack of info i would go see ur doc or your gyno. if i were you, i would have tests run. it could be a iron deficiency, unstable hormones, etc. he/she may precribe bith control pills to regulate your cycle or supplements if a deficiency or other issue is diagnosed. good luck!

If you are young and haven't had your period for a while, it is normal to have irregular periods for the first couple of years. If that is not it, being overweight can cause irregular periods. You should talk to your doctor about this. Many women get put on birth control to regulate their periods.

if you just started it is normal for an irregular period to occur but if not you should maybe go see a doc .

i wouldn't worry about it periods get messed up a lot especially when you are just starting.

Yoga is best.drink water eat well that's all

i have the same problem too ever since my period started. first it was delayed for 2 months, then 5, 10, till it reach 5yrs. i was concerned so i consulted a doctor. she prescribed me this Aminor tablet. i drink 2 tablets per day. after 5 days or a week, my blood would actually come out. but i'm also worried maybe it will be a problem in the future, i mean i cannot be pregnant so i would like to stop it. so i just tried myself to do more exercise. and doctor told me that once married, it will change. let's see.
