Serious question.. not trying to be rude in anyway?!

Question: ok ive read questions on here like "i have 2 extra flaps down there" and things like that
i have that problem. ive been looking at photos on the net and nothing ive seen looks anything like mine.
My "extra flaps" are about 3cm long, red and look really gross. i cant really tell whats what down there except my outer lips.

maybe they grow in or something????

This is uncommon but not weird. You should have two sets of "lips" or "flaps", the labia majora and the labia minora. Every now and then, a girl is born with an extra lip. It's called labial redundancy. It shouldn't cause any problems with sex. And most boys won't even notice, and IF they do, they probably won't care (guys are just happy to be having sex regardless of a little extra skin).
=)

are you talking about your labia if so we are all built differently down there and you are not alone when it comes to long labias. There is an operation you can have that will reconstruct without losing any sensation. Please bare with my speliing I think it is spelt labiaoscopy that is what the procedure is called.

you need to go see a doctor maybe you need to get removied but ive allways heard if it dont hurt or isnt broken dont fix it jackie m
