My friend wants a boob job but i dont think that she should get one. help?!

Question: Why don't you think she should get one? Surely if it's something that she feels she needs in order to feel better about herself, then as a friend you would support her?

On the whole, I don't like the idea of 'boob jobs'. However, like everything, they serve their purpose. If she's unhappy about her boobs, it might help her. If she's unhappy about her life... well, it's gonna take more than bigger or better boobs to help with that.

I guess you're going to have to help her find out exactly why she feels that she needs the boob job.

If you mean a BREAST REDUCTION, then she should go for it. Big breasts cause serious back health issues... I should know, as I had a breast reduction Feb 2006 because of it.

Now if you mean breast implants, then heck no, she's already huge.
