Sudden Weight Loss?!

Question: I recently dropped 10 lbs out of the blue.

I used to be 124 lbs and now I'm 114. I haven't been stressing out, working out, or eating less. Nothing in my daily routine has changes AT ALL. Can anyone explain this to me?

I'm 5'6''

This happend to me this fall, I'm 5'6 as well with long limbs and was 125. Then, this winter I suddenly lost 10 lbs OUT OF NO WHERE. I kept my eating habits the same and my family and friends grew concerned...they thought something was wrong and I started to panic too.

I went to my doctor and he told me that suddent weight loss was probably due to stress that I didn't realize I was under. He also asked if I was extremely tired, I was. And he concluded that it was probably underlying symptoms of stress...didn't matter how happy my attitude was, I was worried about something.

I made it a point to slow down a bit and not try to do EVERYTHING at once. For three weekends in a row, I concentrated on eating heavy meals to get my weight back and it worked. So, my advice is to slow down a bit in life and focus on mental health that probably caused the sudden weight loss.

Losing that much weight, that quickly could be a sign that something is wrong. I would see a doctor and explain your concerns.
