Getting My period at school!?!

I am worried that I will get my period at school. Our school is very strict and won't let us go to the bathroom during class. We also have uniforms, which include dresses. I am scared that if I get my period at school, it will leak right through! Do you gals have any tips for me?

You'd be surprised at how much some panties can take before they leak! But I get what you're saying, I was scared it would happen to me in school as well.
My best tip would be to keep a supply of pads with you or wear a pantie liner for a day or two if you think you might be starting soon. (Cramping, bloating, mood swings, etc...)
But yeah, just keep some girly supplies on hand. Do you're uniforms come with jackets? If they do, one helpful method would be to tie it around you're waist should you be ambushed in the middle of class and have it soak through, that way you can hurry to the bathroom without being seen.
you could use panty liners. That way if you start, you have something to protect and absorb until you can make it to the restroom.
ALWAYS bring BIG PADS or TAMPONS WITH U
well im sure if you tell your teacher "its a girl problem" he/she iwll let you go. Just whisper in their ear so u dont make a scene.
or you can wear panty liner or thin pads and always keep a pad or tampon wiht you just in case.

LOL...no tht'd be bad... maybe u should wear a pad to school just incase .... it depends if ur body is giving signz that u might get it soon...like pubic hair or breasts growing? those r both signs.....yea... the best advice i could give to u is just wear a pad to school incase . but then again there is a good chance u WONT get it at skool....i didnt. i got mine at home.
I would start wearing some very thin pads if you feel like you are about to start. You may experience some cramping, mood change, etc. that may give you the heads up that it's about that time.. If something does happen at school, eventhough I know it will embarrass you, try not to get out of hand. I promise the other girls with understand and nobody will make fun of you. panty liners, tampons, pads. put them on before school and change them as soon as you get home or have a chance to go to the bathroom.
If you are regular...about the same time every month...i would wear the panty liner as a "guard" a few days before I expected my period to start. Then, you would have a chance to get to the bathroom during class, and use what you normally use.
wear black panties. and black spandex shorts. theyre rly tight so u hardly feel them, and they give u xtra protection if u leak.
when you feel that your period had starting so you should use PROTECT PAD like ALWAYS,so its contoll your LEAK.
You're going to have to watch the calender and anticipate when you're going to start. Wear pantyliners or tampons the day before, just in case.
If they won't let you go to the bathroom, will they let you go to the nurse? It may be an alternative in case of an emergency.
Worst case, walk out and go to the bathroom. Seriously. if you have to go, you have to go. Saving yourself from the embarassment of a bad leak is worth detention!
