I wouldn't get anything really big or your back will hurt. Definitly nothing bigger than a D.
The surgeon is best placed to advise you.
Also, do not consider surgery until you are at least 21 years old - all to do with physical growth - the rest of you may catch up the size of your breasts.
Realise that a breast agumentation may result in lost of sensitivity in the nipples and the breasts. You may also get serious scaring.

i am a cosmetic surgery advisor and generally we advise two cup sizes. however the main issue is what can your body accommodate? do you have enough elasticity in your skin as well as enough tissue to cover an implant? if you dont it may need to be placed behind the pectoral muscle to give the natural look but even if this is not the case dont be fooled in to thinking you cant get a natural look with implants because it is simply not true. very few people knew about mine an they were surprised when they did!

It is a very good advice to follow. If you have a medium size be content with it. All types of artificial ways including implants will eventually end up in trouble. Many had to remove the implants after a while because of allergy and other discomforts. So better to live with the situation. Secondly, guys, including myself, prefer to enjoy natural things, rather than artificial, even if it is a small in size.
