Is it discharge?!
Question: Hello. I am not sure what exactly what the discharge is, but is this it:
Some days I get clear mucus like stuff in my underwear. It is very sticky.
Other days, I get white crusty stuff that is hard!
Is this discharge?
Oh, and I'm 13, gone through all puberty except my period. May be getting it soon though, IF this is discharge.

Yup that's discharge! You'll probably get your period within the next few months.
