Ouch! Am sorry you're feeling so bad. Buy the SMALLEST possible blue jar of Vicks and spread a thin layer under your nose. It won't fix it...but you'll have some relief. Inhaling steam will also help. A cold is a cold...you're miserable...but inhaling the vapors of tea will help your nose and your tummy....and soothe away some of the miseries. Feel better SOON! If it lasts MORE than seven days...you may have a virus instead of the common cold...so see a Doc if you are not back on your feet! Drink as many fluids as you can hold!

Think your best bet is to rub a lil Vaseline on where your nose is sore... it could be from you blowing your nose... also to help you breath easier inhale some menthol & eucalyptus oil... it will clear you head, sinuses and nose :)

post nasal drip, go to your doctor, Also try nasal spray. Tylenol sinus really helps.

Its called kittar (i dont know how u spell it but its like guitar with a K lol) which is where the sinesses swell up and little blood vessels in your nose burst. Best thing you can do is sit with a towel over your head, over a hot steamy bowel of water with a few drops of eucoliptus oil in it to help clear the sinesses. and try using some vik cream too :)
edit: Drinking honey and lemon in hot water is also really good and soothes the throat :)
