im not a gal, but if you do not mind, i'll answer....yes she does get sore, because of the sex, and belive it or not, we guys get sore down stairs as well, because of the many releases we have, makes our " fellers " hurt....but you will be fine...try putting some ice on your down stairs...put the ice cube in a cloth...you will be fine...
