Something as simple as the stress of worry about being pregnant is enough to give false positives. Just wait and see if your period comes and if it doesn't get a test.

You need to do a pregnancy test now. Might be an idea to get tested for STIs too since you were silly enough to have unprotected sex.

go and get a preggers test

What age are you? It could be your body getting back to normal if you are still young but I had these symptoms for a few months and no periods for 4 months and now a period but I am 51 and presume its the menopause.

this has been happening to me for a few months now and i am 100% not pregnant. i`m going for a scan this week to see what the problem is.i`ll let you know(if its not too terrible!)

I am experiencing the same thing as i answer your question right now. My period was supposed to start on the 28th of this month. So instead it was just period pains but no period.

I'm worried about it and my gynae is fully booked the whole of March, so i will just have to find the nearest gynae and be scanned to find out what wrong!

i got period pains at the beggining of both of my pregnancies
