Serious question...What does the inside of your vagina feel like?!
Question: Only honest answers please! I'm asking because I went to the doctor today for a possible yeast infection, but upon doing the exam he said he thinks I might have genital warts. He based this on the inside of my vagina feeling "rough" on the walls. Once I got home I felt inside for what he was feeling and it felt like the normal bumpy skin I've always had inside my vagina. He said it's usually smooth, but even before I started having sex I remember my vagina feeling "bumpy" inside. He's referring me to a gyn because he's a family practice doctor. Also, I just had a pap smear 2 weeks ago by my gyn and she didn't indicate anything wrong with the skin inside my vagina. What do you think is going on?

Probably nothing if it's always felt like that. The inside of every woman's vagina has a texture to it in places.. also... why was your doctor doing an internal examination for a simple yeast infection??
i was told it feels like the inside of your cheek. but as for the bumps, go to the gyn and see what he says.
