I think you'll know if a guy is faking or not....I personally think that it is easier to turn a guy on than it is to turn a girl on, and you will def. know if he's hard lol....i'm sure anyone can fake it but they aren't as good as girls are at faking it...if he juices then you'll know he's not faking it
