Yes the brest tenderness is a sign that can go either way and being late can be caused just from being stressed of the thought of becoming pregnate, but the crampy feeling could be the fertilized egg settling in for a 9 months of growth. So, unless you are not wanting to be pregnate, just calm down and take a deep breath and wait a few more days and take another test if it is negative then see the doctor.

You better take a blood test so you are really sure about what's going on. Now a days those pregnancy test are very reliable but we never know.
