If you have had sex since your last period then you need to do a pregnancy test just to be sure. If you have not been sexually active then you can skip the test. Other reasons for missed periods include stress or weight loss. You say you are stressed and that could be enough to delay your period by itself. If you have lost weight recently that could also delay or even stp your periods. You don't need to be afraid of going to your doctor about this but really if you are sure you are not pregnant you don't need to worry about running to the doctor unless you miss 2 or 3 months. If there is any chance you might be pregnant then you do need to see your doctor. If you are in the UK you can make an appointment with either your GP, with the practice nurse at the GP's surgery or you could go to your local family planning clinic (they don't just deal with contraception but can be a good first place to go for any gyn problems.

u just could be very stressed out
try yoga to calm ur sress

If your stressed this could have caused your missed period. But I'd do a pregnancy test to be on the safe side if you havn't already. Hope this helps and may God bless you x

Ok, first, you gota calm down. Now, you have 3 choices. #1, you can go to a doctor. #2, wait for your period, cause it mite just be late. Or #3, don't do any thing. ( and I think you mite want to go with # 2, and then if that dosen't work, do #1)

i really really really would go to the doctor. I know that you may be scared of what he/she will say, but it is better to know what it is now then stick to wondering about it. Even if you dont go to the doctor it wont change the fact of whether or not you have an illness, not going is HURTING you, NOT helping you.
