It is still possible that you can be prego, it isn't 100% effective and i know this from experience. My best friend had unprotected sex one night and took the morning after pill the very next morning and yet she found out she was pregnant a little over a week later. Since that had been the only time she was with someone over the last 30 days, there was no question that it was from that night. So to answer your question, even if you would have taken it 12 hours after, their is still a possibility. Good luck.

not me but i hear it is possible and you are supposed to take it asap that is why it is called the morning after pill
it's possible, but you did take it within the 72 hour window. i wouldn't be too worried if i were you.
