Does anyone get raging pms???!
Question: a few days before my period.....i get into a rage...very irritable...weepy...my husband avoids me cause i just get so cranky,does anyone else get this and whats a good way to deal with it i also suffer from some bloating. midol and all that doesn't work for me

I have had rage so bad I thought that I might actually get reprimanded at work. The worst. I have taken some B-complex and B-6 (particularly) vitamins plus some evening of primrose oil has really helped. Just a thought that has been what helped me particularly the B-6 and the primrose oil
