Is it really that bad to wear your bra to bed/sleep with it on?!

Question: Think of your limp nods as a second circular system...like your blood pumping though your veins. In order for it to function properly...the circuit needs a complete run. When you wear a bra at night, it stops that second circulation around your body. You should not be wearing a tight fit during the day for the same reason. It simply does not promote optima health.

I have heard it can increase your chances of breast cancer

I dont think its bad. I do it everyonce in a while. :)

I have heard that you shouldn't wear a bra with underwire while you are sleeping, but I don't know why. I think it has something to do with circulation??? I know people that sleep in sports bras with no problems.

My mother told me that yes it is bad to wear ur bra at night or to sleep in. I believe in this because one day I woke up sore and reliezed my underwire had dug into me. Hope this helped!!

no, it doesnt do anything, but it will wear your bra out more if you wear it to bed and you need to give your skin a chance to breath and night time is the best time to do that, dont waer it 24/7 your will have a break out or something

BETTER TO SLEEP IN A SPORTS BRA.

well i have decided that it gives my boobies lesss time to sag!! lol so yea i sleep wit underwire bras on every single night of my life!!! lol :) ?

I'm pretty sure it doesn't do anything! right b4 a PJ day @ school I wear my bra to bed and I wake up and Im fine!!!

No, its not bad at all...it can not increase the chance of breast cancer or anything! But its probably good not to sleep with a bra on..i do when im around other people but not by myself!

it is really your decicion. It may not be the most healthy thing to do, but it all has to do with comfort. I would sugest for u not to, but it is all your decision.
