When the boy sticks his tongue in your mouth, should i lick it back...well you probably think im dumb, but like how should i lick it back..gentle.... etc.?

Just slowly stick your relaxed tongue out and gently circle around his tongue with it. If he sticks his tongue into your mouth, you can suck on it with your tongue and lips - guys love that. Start out softly and the more you get into it, the faster you can go.
