No!! I have been with small women that have Caverns and with Tall or "Big" women that are Very small in that part of their anatomy. That is just some old wives tale. Just like " Big Hands, Big Feet, Big D***." Not necessarily true.

They may but all vaginas are very hardy and stretch to accommodate very large objects (think 10lb babies) over time. :)
