Like hormones, guys sex drive comes and goes. I can go several days w/o, but then sometimes I am after my wife to have sex every night for 3 days in a row.
If you want to know if he's frustrated - ask him. But try to separate "Do you want to have sex?" (which he will always respond YES), to the frustration question.
