How old do you have to be to take one a day advanced multi-vitamin for women ?!

Question: im 15 going on 16 in 3 months =) but basically 16
and on the box it says for adults only but their should be an age they say should be adult because i can take the adult tylenol...
also i asked the women at the pharmacy if i could take it and she said ok but i just want to double check
should i have picked up the kids one for age 4+ ? lol
that would be a little embarassing if i went up to the counter with kids vitamins though cos at 16....

It is okay to take a multi-vitamin at 16. I do not know if you need one specifically for women at your age as they tend to have a bit more iron and other things that teenagers tend to not need. Have a look at how much over the daily recommenced amounts each component has. If it is over 100% it may be a bit more of a vitamin than you need. I would go for a multi-vitamin that is not geared directly to women but more of a general population.

Since you at almost 16, I assume you had your period and you most likely at about the height you are going to be for the rest of your life (I stopped growing at age 12)
Women's multivitamins should be fine. I think children's vitamins are for young children who like to chew them.
If you wish to take the women's multivitamins then it's fine.

take flinstones they work just the same....but at 16 you are not fully developed as say if you were 18//stick with the kids kind they do basically the swame thing the sdult just focuses on break bone and reproductive health...which you really dont need to worry about now

You're fine to take it. They just don't want children overdosing. Just take it once to make sure the excess iron doesn't make you sick-you can find one w/ less iron if it does. this happened to me when i was about 16.

Get flinstone vitamins... they are what i take im 22 and have had 2 kids.... they taste good and there chewable so you dont have to swallow anything:)
