In the field of surgery abdomen is called the "Temple of wonders". So any thing can happen in the abdomen.
However your pain appears to be not related to Ovaries.
You may wait for a little more time take some bland diet, plenty of water and rest. If the pain still persists, or increasing or associated with vomiting please visit your surgeon immediately for necessary advice.

you may want to seek a doctor it could be an ovarian cist or possible liver damage

Is it time for your period? You may just be cramping?

its normal for women to have cysts.

i had one and still have more.
i would describe it has sharp suddle pains in my ovary area...but i guess it doesnt have to be sharp all the time..just ongoing random pains..

they usually grow and dissolve.

sometimes they continue growing.
and might have to be removed.

you can go to your doctor and describe the pain.
shell feel around, and push and whatnot.

and then probably recommend you go get a sonogram.
shell give you the info on where to go.

A pain in the abdomen is a symptom of appendicitis. It can start out near the navel as a dull or sharp pain and eventually move to the lower right-hand corner. After that it hurts to move or cough and the abdomen becomes tender. If you think it might be appendicitis other symptoms are loss of appetite, nausea, irregular bowel movement, and, if it has already ruptured, fever. If these symptoms last over twenty-four hours it's probably appendicitis. I hope it's just a stomach ache, but if not, you should go to the hospital so it can be removed. Goodluck.
