What are some herbal remedies for yeast or bacteria infections?!

Question: I know about cranberry juice and Yogurts that are high in bacterial cultures. What are some more? Thanks!

Apple cider vinegar is helpful. I don't know what kind of infection we are talking about but both cinnamon and garlic are both antibacterials. Buttermilk also has helpful cultures. You can use yogurt, vinegar and even yogurt for yeast infections (both ingesting it and inserting it into the vagina). If you have a topical infection then garlic or cinnamon are good.

You're on the right track with yogurt and cranberry juice. I know many women use pure tea tree oil to cure a yeast infection... all you need to do put several drops of tea tree oil on a damp cotton ball and rub it all over your vaginal area. Repeat this daily until the yeast infection is gone. Or you can simply put some tea tree oil in a hot bath and soak in it. See the website below for other methods and uses for tea tree oil - I'm never without in my medicine cabinet!
