if you're referring to sexual activity there.. its called VAGINISMUS... vaginal wall contracts around the penis continuously and sustainably ( like a tetanic contraction) during intercourse.. it could happen when done in a nervous setting or the woman has nerve or muscular problems.. (systemic problem).. it could be a medical emergency as the penis will be "strangulated".. for more info just look it up in any medical book or the search engine..
