Hi! problems with the pill..crumblling etc.?!

well recently I've been keeping my contraceptive pill pack in my new wallet, so it needs to be folded. Yesterday and today I noticed that the pill I'd been taking had sort of crumbled and I think I only took about 3/4 of it. How much would that reduce it's effectivity? How bad is it? should I back it up by taking another pill? (the other ones seem fine..just the ones on the sort of "bend") or should it be ok?

There's no way that anyone on here can estimate how effective your pill is if you only took what you guess to be 75% of the pill. You need to start a new pack and find a different way of storing your pill pack - perhaps get a protective/hard case. In the meantime, since you don't know how much of your pill you got, I would recommend using a backup birth control method for at least a week if you're planning on having sex.
you need a new pack your not getting the proper dose to prevent preg i would use protection and see your doc and maybe find a new place unfolded to keep them
