i have tried a lot of prescription medicine for cramps from the gynecologist and the best thing that i found is just regular motrin. it will take the edge off and helps a lot. menstrual cramps are in the area right above your bikini line on the left and right side and can go as far up as underneath your belly button. you can also get them in your lower back. staying active and moving around helps alot. the best remedies i do are taking hot baths, heating pads(use no more than 15 minutes at a time and take 20 minute breaks in between), exercise, motrin, a cold rag, or laying on your back with your knees up to your chest. wearing tight pants or putting too much pressure can make the cramps worse for some people so just try a few of these and see what works best for you.

i had cramps for a long time before i got my period, try holding a hot water bottle over it, having a warm bath or going for a walk, all great ways for battling our good old friend period pain!!

cramps are a pain in the lower part of your stomach, quite a dull pain that can make you feel bloated or ill

take 2 panadol and use a heating pad. drink plenty of water and do a little exercise. i used to be sceptic about the exercise but it works. a warm bath might help too. i usually sip on a hot herbal tea to ease the cramps.

Holding a heating pad on your lower stomach area helps. Also, you can take Midol or Ibprofen to help ease the pain. The pain is in the lower part of your stomach (below the belly button) and it is a very uncomfortable pain but it is really hard to explain.

eatin dark chocolate works for me. dont know why, but it works=)

whenever I get cramps, I feel super bloated, and I feel like my insides are throbbing. And my vag is like...on FIRE.
I have yet to find a way to make my cramps COMPLETELY stop hurting, but here are some things I do to ease the pain:
1. drink tea
2. eat edamame[soy] beans[supposedly there's something in them that helps you out...I forgot what it was]
3. satisfy every craving I have
4. stay away from caffine
5. EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE!!! You may not feel up to it, but It helps...A LOT
6.use a hot pad or hot water bottle
7. hang upside down
8. take birth control pills[they slow your flow, thus slow your pain]
9. take midol, advil, aleve, or any other pain killer

and if all else fails...the ultimate cure is...

SLEEP!!

You can't feel pain if you're not awake to feel it.
:o)
best of luck!
