This is embarassing-tmi?!


Question: ok i just got my period and i've had it twice but on my 2nd one, it was weird. it was somewhat heavy the first 2 days. i play volleyball everyday for like 2 hours or more. on the 4th day i thought i was done, so i didnt wear a tampon. but after practice that night at like 9, i went to the bathroom and there was nothing in my underwear but the second i sat down my period started flowing really heavily. is this normal? sorry if it's too much info

You'll find that there's really nothing normal about periods, what you described is nothing to worry about. Even if you think you're done, you should keep a pad and tampons in your bag just incase, and you should wear a panty liner to be safe. Nothing to be embarassed about. Best wishes.

periods can be verrrry irregular for the first few years, but yeah its a normal thing :)

Its perfectly normal for your period to be irregular, especially because you've first started. It will take about a year to regulate itself. Good luck, I know it can be frustrating.

yes it is normal i remember the first year i had my period i missed like 3 months and i thought i wuz pregnant but i wuz a virgin...hahahaha wut a dumb azz but yea dnt stress it its just your body tryna find its own cycle to do things....
