That time of the month again?!

Question: My periods are always normal. Every 28-29 days. I just ended my period and I'm due for my next one in 15 days. I'm beginning to cramp already as if I'm going to start soon. This is not normal for me. Does this mean anything beside the fact that my hormones are just messing with me?
Also, I sould add that I'm not on any kind of birth control.

Are you sure your cramps are PMS cramps? I know sometimes when I am ovulating, I get severe cramps similar to PMS cramps. If you are super stressed or have travelled recently, your cycle could be messed up and you could be getting your period a bit earlier. I don't think it is anything to worry about right yet

is it possible you have gas?

Go see a gynecologist.

Your age is important in the question. Many girls go through this until they are in their 20's. If it gets worse you should go to your OBGYN... no joke. It may be something else.

Sometimes a change in activities, emotions, and eating habits affect your period. It happened to me when I first started going to a boarding school. But my period was late, not early. After a while, they got normal again.
