Question: Well I got my period this morning. I had gym class and at recess I played basketball. Right after my stomach hurt like hell! At home I fell asleep for 2 1/2 hours but it still hurt. I cant take pamprin cause i cant swallow pills that much. I know weird...I'm 12. Do you know any period medicines I can take that I dont have to swallow pills?

you could try crushing up the pamprin and putting it in a drink or in ice cream.. or even chew it enough to swallow its not harmful to do that. i have problems swallowing pills too and thats usually what i do unless there is a like plastic coating on them. just chop it up or bite it and you should be fine.
if the cramps hurt so bad you should maybe go to a dr and they can maybe get something for you to help ease the pain.
hope this helps and it all works out okay for you!

Maybe if you halfed the pills, since most of them are small anyway...I dont have trouble with pills so i havent had to look for anything else....sorry i cant be more help i HATE cramps...

crush the pill in a little bit of water and chug it! or maybe the childrens motrin the liquid could help

Well you could do other stuff then taking pills, like, taking a bubble bath, or laying a heating pad on you abdomen.

there are some great yoga moves just for the relief of PMS and the pain that comes with it go to self.com and look up these moves they really work.
