Presssure around the clitoris and the tips of the labia lips.?!

Question: I'm having this pleasurable sensation, u can say its almost like I'm having mini orgasms, but it will not stop. I masterbate whenever I can in hoping it will release some pressure, nothing happens! Its driving me crazy! I dont have any odors, pains, or discomfort. Might this be a sign of an on coming UTI,? I've had UTI's before, this or at least the signs I'm having now do not relate! Is it possible to have a UTI without the pain it comes with, wanting to urinate all the time?? My bladder does fill like it bloated, and when I go to urinate nothing comes out, and there is no pain! It just seems like the pressure wont let up!

it could be a uti or other routine infection but you should talk to your gyno if the symptoms persist in the absence of any diseases. you could be suffering from persistent
sexual arousal syndrome

lots of useful info if you just google persistant sexual arousal disorder

Yes, it's possible to have a UTI without having the pain.

Drink lots of water, take some cranberry capsules or AZO and make an appt with your doctor.

Sounds like your pelvic blood flow is somehow acting up. Prolly has something to do with your autonomic nervous system. Have you taken any drugs such as certain anti depressants, certain decongestants, or blood pressure type medicines? These can do funny things to your blood flow.
Any herbs or other supplements?
Try stopping any such medicines.
The other possiblity is a bladder problem. You might try drinking water or cranberry juice to make sure you get urine to come out.
Otherwise, just plan for an embarrassing trip to the gyn.
