Question: While having sex and I'm on top I get this sensation that I'm not really sure is an orgasm or not. I know that it is a really great feeling but it's not mind blowing like I hear people describe orgasms. This feeling is the same feeling I get when using the shower head.

i'm not too sure, i think you would know if you had an orgasm. There is no guessing...it's such an intense feeling there is no doubting it. I think you just found pleasure, but no orgasm.
