Help With Nerves?!


Question: Have a lot of exams coming up soon.
Recently i worry about EVERYTHING. I mean going shopping, going to school, pregnancy (but im on my period so im okay right) going out and other really random things. I worry that I'm going to get ill or something is going to happen. Its always really unrealistic.
I go really hot when i get worried, and i cant cool down. I hated exams as it is, but now i have this nerve trouble its going to be even worse. Any tips on how to cope with my nerves?

Extreme anxiety. There are different things you can do. Main thing is to change your mindset. If you can't do it on your own, you might need to see a doctor. But try yoga or pilates, breathing exercises, read some inspirational books. It will never fully go away, if that's your nature, but you need to get it to a level where you can function in daily life & control your stress, instead of it controlling you. If you don't, as you get older, it will affect your health. Just always think to yourself...in 5 years, will this matter to me?

It certainly sounds like anxiety. Exercise can help, talking to someone, or medication like xanax.

Setting your mind set to a more positive attitude would help, realise that this is unrealistic. Study and do the best you can do.. because if you tried your best, thats all you can do.. Right?
