After doing ecstasy why do I feel so . .?!

Question: I did ecstasy about 2 nights ago. I did only one pill. Why do I feel so tired and out of breath ? I feel like I don't want to do anything but lay in bed ?

How long is this going to last? I feel like I'm out of it ? What can I do to feel better?

Help please.

It was probably full of speed as well, the comedown from speed lasts days and is horrible, cold and empty. If you stayed up partying you probably didn't eat or sleep properly so that doesn't help either. Have a good hearty meal or two, mong out with a good friend or anything like that and drink lots of water, you'll feel better in a day or two.

Forget about all the utter rubbish people say about drugs, this is the only real reason not to take these types of drugs, they make you feel rubbish for ages afterwards

Try drinking some fruit smoothies and get some sleep, if it actually was E, basically you will feel bad, kind of empty for 2-3 days probably then you usually have a day when you feel really happy/buzzy and after that on and off for a couple of days, should feel normal within a week...I don't do it anymore but that was generally the experience for me, not worth it overall but really amazing for a few hours...too harsh to comedown though, ppl aren't meant to feel that good

hun its a drug but here

What are its short-term effects?
Users report that Ecstasy produces intensely pleasurable effects
