Sweety....surgery is DEFINITELY NOT the answer! Every girls vagina is different. Sometimes the labia can change size a little - (if there is swelling during a period, sometimes one inner labia is a little smaller or maybe--depend like even on the way you have been sitting that day or whatever). but your inner labia is ALWAYS smaller than your outer labia (the small lips vs the larger outer labia lips). but the thing to remember is every girls vagina (inner labia, outer labia, etc) is different. at least that's what i've been told :)

Yes guys love vaginas...It is possible that you are not completely developed yet and the other labia will catch up. If not, it's very common with women (including me). But I haven't had any complaints so far!

what is a Labia Minora?

anyways, you need to go to doctor. If it bothers you that much, then take care of it.

Every woman is different, There is no reason for you to be embarrassed about it. Stop being self conscience. It won't make any difference.

How do you sort out the lack of symmetry? You don't. None of our body parts are 100% symmetrical, and this includes our genitalia. Do guys like them? I seriously doubt that any man is going to mention anything about it. If he does, it might be like "oh, they are not symmetrical" and then continue with whatever you guys are doing, but I highly doubt even that.

In some cultures, these are actually removed at a young age (often without sterilized equipment or anesthesia), so some men who are recent immigrants from certain countries (northern African countries I believe) might be bothered by this, but unlikely. If he's having sex with an American, he's likely to expect that you'll be intact.
