A big red mark down there?!
Question: Well I had an ingrown hair down there from shaving, so i followed some instructions to get rid of it.
1. warm compress ot soften skin and bring the hair to the surface
2. tweezers to coax the hair out
3. wash with moisutrizing soap
I got the hair out but now there's a huge red mark there! Is this normal? When will it go away?

Yeah it's completely normal. Think about when you pick a zit on your face and it is red. It goes away eventually right? Same sort of situation. Just give it time and leave it alone
Yes, this could be normal because of the irritation caused by the use of the tweezers and should go away in a couple days but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well.
