What's a good weight for someone 5"1'?!
Question: Im 16 and a girl, and slim-normal. If I should out weight on, how would I do that? I ate a load of fat/sugar and dont excersize. I think I have a fast metabolism.

105
Rule of thumb is 100 lbs for five feet
Add five lbs for each inch
But everyone is different, it depends on your body type
95-115
100 pounds
don't worry about it. Just eat healthy and stay being you and slim!

Check this site out. It has a calculator for that
honestly...check a BMI calculator out. you can find them all over the web. But check with your Dr. they will recommend a healthy weight for your body type.
A good weight would be 100 lbs if you are slim/normal. To put on muscle weight you need to consume higher amounts of protein and do strength exercises. To put on fat, eat carbs and fats.
I would say around 100-120 pounds
To find the average weight for someone that is 5"1, all you do is start at 100 pounds for 5 feet then add 5 pounds for every inch added on so you should be around 105 pounds to be at a healthy, average weight for someone your height. Hope this helped :]
