Question: when i was taking a bath a clear tape like peace of skin floted to the top of the water from my vagina?? what is it? should i see a doctor?

It's vaginal discharge (which is normal) that dried in a thin layer and then was dislodged in the bath with the water. This is normal, but you should be sure to wipe completely to get excess discharge off after you use the toilet.
