Question: that i been on the bike everyday for a month for 30min. and haven't lost weight, it seems i gained weight and i hardly eat a lot if anything i say I need to eat more

i could write a book on this question, but i will refrain myself. men lose weight more easliy, because they have more muscle mass. muscle burns calories on its own. it is more difficult for women to lose weight, because our bodies are programmed to hold on to fat for pregnancy. but anyway, you may have gained muscle. also, there is a fatty deposit in your liver than needs to be burned off first before your body starts burning the other fat. be patient, and the weight will come off eventually. good luck.

Keep riding your bike, but eat HEALTHY foods. Hardly eating doesn't help a bit! You just need to eat diet food and healthy food.

30 mins of exercise only keeps your weight where it is you need to do more than that to loss weight

Hardly eating makes it worse. Becuase then, when you do eat, your body stores the fat becuase it thinks that it's not going to get any food for a while. So, instead eat healthy foods, and keep excercising. Try other ways to excercise besides riding your bike.

Eat whole wheat foods, no sweets or fatty foods, protein and fiber, don't eat alot at late night, around bed time, stay hydrated, multivitamin anc a calcium supplement, you need to eat non sweet whole grain cereal and avoid ketchup
