Some links to help you with your research:

Recovery: Most patients are able to return to their jobs within a few days after the procedure, but they are not fully healed at this time. Stitches are usually removed about 10 days after surgery, but the swelling will likely remain longer than that. Swelling may persist for 3 to 5 weeks after surgery and may even last for a few months, but prolonged swelling is usually quite minor. More: http://www.newimage.com/cosmetic-plastic...

yea i want to get that done someday just one day (not massive ones) i just like the shape.. soo ill definately pay attention to the answers your getting:)

everyone has a different thresh hold of pain. under the muscle is going to be a little more pain. try not to go big, it is not worth it in the end. you may like them in the beginning, the first couple of years, but they become a problem. neck and back aches, pulling of your skin, which bring on stretch marks and you will not see them very well, until you have them removed. when you have them removed ( everyone has to 10-15yrs) or, replaced, you will need a breast lift. they do not go in and stay in. remember gravity still beats a breast augmentation, it will still take its toll. be prepared for the big picture.
