No problem. A stuck up condom can be removed with a little manipulation with the fingers.

Stick your fingers in and feel for it. Don't worry it can't get lost up there. Worst thing is you may have to wait for it to work it's way out.
You know because it is not on your partners penis - assuming it was to begin with, for all I know you could have been doing anything with that condom :o)
It can't go any further than your vagina, the cervix will stop it from going any further into your vagina, and as for getting it out you just need to put your hands into your vagina to fish around for it - at worst you may need to give it a little while to come back out again, or at least into reach.
Of course remember STD tests and emergency contraception if you need it, you may also need swabs to check for infections as this could increase your risk of vaginal infections. I'd also strongly suggest going to a family planning clinic for them to show you how to put on a condom - I don't mean that to sound insulting, but a huge percentage of condom failure comes from people not knowing how to put them on correctly.
Check out some sites on safe sex and your anatomy because you need to have already known these things before becoming sexually active, this sort of thing is very important for you and your partner(s).

If it's stuck inside of you, it didn't come out when he did. Good news, it's can't go farther than your vaginal walls. So, you can either fish it out, or wait for it to work itself out. Also, I'd recommend a smaller condom size next time, too.
