I SO TOTTALY KNOW HOW U FEEL LIKE !!!!!
THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO EM..
WELL I NORMALLY TAKE 2 PAIN KILLERS LIKE TYLENOL OR ADVIL AND THT EASES THE PAIN FOR 8 HOURS BUT RECENTLY I FOUND OUT THT ITS NOT GOOD FOR HEALTH TO TAKE PAIN KILLERS SO I STOPPED TAKING IT
DRINK WARM WATER IT HELPS ALOT AND TRY FORGETTING ABOUT I HAD CRAMPS FOR LIKE 4 YEARS IN MY LAST PERIOD MY CRAMPS WERE SO MINOR I COULD DO EVERYTHING LIKE I NORMALLY DO...
TRY TO AVOID SWEET AND SOUR THINGS AND SPICY THINGS DURING UR PERIOD AND A FEW DAYS B4 IT IT HELPS ALOT....

u mite have to get on birth control it will help the cramps and your periods will be lighter and may not last the full 7 days

Drinking like more than 4 bottles of water a day helps fantastically. Seriously, it helps!

I used to have awful cramps when I was a teenager and my mom told me to get up and clean my room. Sitting with a heating pad only helps temporarily. Getting up and moving loosens the blood and relieves the pain, plus cleaning gets you concentrating on something else. Then when you're done you have a nice clean room to relax in.

It wouldnt hurt to start seeing a gyno too. You can never be too careful.

I think you should go see a gynecologist if you're really worried. But my sister has always had bad cramps and she's just fine. I think sometimes it just depends on each individuals' body.

Bad PMS's are said to be due to overproduction of prostaglandins (sub-hormones that assist blood to clot, muscles to cramp, etc). Prostaglandin production is increased by increased production of insulin ('cause insulin escorts glucose and water (bloat) into the cells and thus increases the production of whatever the cell produces). Insulin production increases when estrogen production decreases (don't ask me why - that is what the experts say), and estrogen production decreases to signal the body to have a menstrual period.

Now that we know this, we just have to eat foods in the two weeks prior to the period that discourages insulin overproduction to have easier PMS's. Sugar encouranges insulin overproduction, so cut out sugar from your diet, or find an anti-yeast diet to go on for the 2 weeks prior to your period.

And others have said exercise -'cause that helps decrease insulin production, too.

your doctor can prescribe something stronger than over the counter meds

Avoid drinking cold things.
See a doctor.
Relax and don't freak out because your fear will take over you.
