Yes, it's normal. Especially for people of nationalities that have an olive to dark skin complexion. Best thing to do is use a buzzer. Plucking is painful & shaving will make it worse. Nair lightens your skin color & can affect your skin if it's sensitive, so just go out & buy a $10 groomer/buzzer at any drug store. It looks like a pen. Specifically for smaller areas such as the face, etc.
