Pill and hormonal disbalance?!

Question: Doctor prescribed me a pill for vaginal bleeding and hormonal
disbalance. I took it for six months. It was awful. I cried because
of everything, everything seemed sad to me; everything got on my nerves (mobiles ringing, loud laughter, people who pushed me and so on). I could not stop crying for days, and thought about stopping taking it, but it stopped bleeding, and I went on. Now, about three weeks ago, a wonderful peace descended on me. Nothing annoys me anymore, it is so easy inside. It feels good, but will it last? I mean, maybe it's temporal, and it will start anew after a while?
Then, the other thing: you know, we wash it and clean, but it still a
vagina, and it smells like it should, when suddenly mine started
smelling really fresh - like cut grass or flowers. Can it be an
infection? I had a test about two weeks ago, and there were none. Are there any infections that make it smell pleasanter? I thought that they all made it smell worse.

Yes, it could be an infection such as a yeast infection. I read once just recently on another site that said sometimes a sweet smell can indicate a yeast infection.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
