Loosing your baby fat? please help?!


Question: I'm 16 and for the last 1 1/2 years I havn't eaten any pop, fast food, candy, doughnuts or anything that isn't good. But for the last 2 years I've been trying to loose 10 lbs. but it seems to be really hard. I've tryed so many different things. My real problem seems to be in portion conrol of the healthy things, and being motivated to exercise(I hate it) It just seems SO HARD to loose these stubborn 10 lbs!!!! My mom says it's baby fat, but how long will it take to loose? What do I have to do to get rid of it? Please help me, I really want to look good in a bathing suit this year

One way that you will be sure to lose weight is if you burn more calories than you can consume. You are going to have to learn to love to exercise. There is no way around it.

You need to go running every other day and drink lots of water! Try to eat 'healthy' things that are good for you and stay away from sugary stuff. I don't eat junk or drink stuff that's high in sugar, I do eat things that have sugar in them like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

waaaaaallllkk for an hour daily
instead of watching tv go for a walk, drink lots of water.
do not indulge on junk food for 2 month u'll see the difference in 4 weeks
