Maybe her hymen isn't fully broken yet, my friend just recently started having sex and had her "cherry popped" and she has been bleeding for a couple of weeks from it now...apparently her mom had the same problem, she went to the doctor and they said it was normal. If she thinks something is wrong or is nervous about the whole thing, she should really go to the doctor just to be on the safe side.
It happens. Anything from hormones, to being to rough, not well enough lubed, to cysts. If it goes on for more than a few weeks, go see a gyn.
She's probably bleeding because she's stretching down there or it is dry. Try to use a lubrication even if you use lubricated condoms. If there is still bleeding consult a doctor.
Could be fibroids or something going on in her cervix or vaginal walls. Sometimes a girl can be injured during sex... like get a little cut that will be reopened the next time if it hasn't fully healed. I'd say its time for the doctor.
