Well asking your mom is a good way to learn, shes been there and knows what to do... Dont be worried, Im a mom and would want my daughters to come to me with any female concern. Thats what were here for.. Trust your mom she knows what your feeling and going through. Good luck

I'm a mum. I explained it to my girls. The only problem I can see is if your mum thinks you're not old enough because inserting it can break your hymen and your mum may not feel comfortable with that. Why not chat her up and see what she says. That's what mums are for, right?
She would probably just instruct you on how to it. It's not really something someone can do for you. Did you follow the instructions on the pamphlet in the box? Do you have the right size and absorbency for your flow? All those things can make it difficult. Good luck!
